This is the website of 1to3 Comics LLP (herein after known as the "Host"). Please read this page carefully as it states the terms and conditions under which you may use this website. By using this website, you have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms").
The Host may revise the Terms at any time, without prior notice, by updating this posting. Your use of the website after such changes will constitute your agreement to the Terms as changed.
Note that not all goods and services of the Host are available in all areas and may be limited for a particular geographical market. All the information on this website is solely for illustrative purposes only.

USE OF MATERIAL
The contents of this website, such as text, graphics, design, images, and other material ("Material"), are protected by copyright under applicable laws. Viewing and downloading a single copy of the Material on this Web Site are solely for personal and non-commercial use. No print out or electronic versions of the website may be sold, distributed, reproduced, displayed, publicly performed or used in connection with any litigation or arbitration proceedings under any circumstances.
Unauthorized use of the Material may violate copyright, trademark and other laws. All copyright and proprietary notices contained in the original material must be retained on any copy made. The Material may not be modified in any way whatsoever.

In no event shall the Host or its related corporations and personnel be liable for any damages whatsoever resulting from the use or inability to use the website or the Material, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal principle, and whether or not the Host is advised of the possibility of such damages.

USER INFORMATION
The Host may use information it obtains relating to you, including your IP address, name, mailing address, email address and use of the website, for its internal business and marketing purposes and may disclose the information to third parties for such purposes. The Host may also disclose the same information if required by law or to enforce these Terms.

SALES & PURCHASES
In the case of having book condition variation, best copies will be reserved for customers who pre-ordered, in sequence of paid orders received. There shall be no guarantee of high grade condition, due to various factors (eg. Postage mishandling; inadequate packaging by resellers.) In the case of "unfortunate shipment", we will try our best to act in the fairest manner for all parties involved. 

NON DELIVERY
In the case of non-delivery due to error entry to delivery details or no contact details provided, the Host will bear no responsibility of lost package.


GENERAL
These Terms are governed and construed in accordance with Singapore law.
If you access the website from outside of Singapore, you are responsible for compliance with the laws of your country's jurisdiction.

The failure of the Host to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Agreement is found by to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the other provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

TERMS & CONDITION for PRE ORDERS

Pre Orders with us usually take 4-6 weeks to arrive AFTER Book Release Date. Graded Books 6-12 months or longer. 

Prices listed will be EXCLUDING all domestic & international shipping costs & all prevailing taxes, unless otherwise mentioned.
Payment will be in 2 phases: Books prices upon order + Shared shipping cost & taxes upon books arrival, unless otherwise mentioned.
- There is no guarantee of books arriving on time.
- Payment upfront required in 2-phases as noted above. Each phase payment MUST BE completed in full within 48hrs of billing receipt, unless otherwise arranged.
- Orders will be VOIDED should no payment within 48hrs of billing msg sent at any phase. “No Payment” will result in a ban from making future purchases with us and your conduct of behavior will be informed to major sellers & collectors within the community, local & foreign.
- Priority to be given to those who comment on main pre-order post with firm order for limited stock.
- Mutual trust and understanding during each pre-order exercise. If you have issues with “Trust”, please do not commit.
- At any point if there is a no-delivery by shipment from the suppliers, we will act in the fairest manner to compensate. Re-ordering and Replacement WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED.
- Prices subjected to change by suppliers/publishers and prevailing taxes adjustment.
- By placing an order with us, you are agreeable to all the above T&C listed and the release of your information obtainable from your social media accounts and information obtained from you.
