Refund policy
We do not entertain return and refund in general. But in the case of goods received not matching items featured on the invoice, please contact us and we will offer options that will be the fairest for both parties.
Items Condition
From time to time, we do come across condition of merchandises being compromised (usually due to mishandling during postage/shipping). As this is a part we have totally no control over the handling method of postal services and delivery companies, we strongly encourage you to purchase additional insurance and DO NOT take a chance to save shipping cost.
As collectors ourselves, we understand the disappointment we could receive when seeing items turn up in unpreferred condition. Thus, should you be sharing the same level of expectation, we would strongly encourage you to make purchase at our physical store instead, where you can inspect and purchase with satisfactory in person.
Consignment Items
There will be no refund and return for items on consignment.
EU Withdrawal
With our current business model and scale of coverage, we are unable to facilitate the running policy mapped out by the authorities. Therefore, with effect from 19 June 2026, our webstore will not be able to ship to any Europe destination.
You may still contact us for any interest on our products, but all shipping out to you will not be able to bear any return option and it's strictly at your own risk.
