SALES & PURCHASES
In the case of having book condition variation, best copies will be reserved for customers who pre-ordered, in sequence of paid orders received. There shall be no guarantee of high grade condition, due to various factors (eg. Postage mishandling; inadequate packaging by resellers.) In the case of "unfortunate shipment", we will try our best to act in the fairest manner for all parties involved. 

NON DELIVERY
In the case of non-delivery due to error entry to delivery details or no contact details provided, the Host will bear no responsibility of lost package.
